How do I buy a ticket?

enter the guest details and proceed to payment.
After successful payment, an electronic ticket with a QR code
will be generated.
Can I choose a specific seat?
Yes. You can select a specific available seat directly
on the interactive seating plan.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can simply show the electronic ticket
and its QR code on your phone at the entrance.
What if I have a problem with my payment?
Please contact us via Telegram or e-mail and describe
what happened. If possible, include a screenshot
of the message shown during payment.
What if the payment was successful but I cannot find my ticket?
Contact us and provide your name, e-mail address
and order number if available. We will help verify the purchase.
Can I request a refund?
